After training in modern violin at the Conservatoire National de Région in Grenoble, Myriam Mahnane chose to specialise in Baroque violin, studying with Enrico Gatti at the Milan Conservatory and then at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels with Sigiswald Kuijken and François Fernandez, where she earned her Master’s degree with distinction. She also studied with Amandine Beyer and took part in several sessions of the Jeune Orchestre Atlantique in Saintes, where she received valuable guidance from Alessandro Moccia.

This training has led her to perform with leading ensembles including Les Talens Lyriques (Christophe Rousset), Capriccio Stravagante (Skip Sempé), Les Épopées (Stéphane Fuget), Le Caravansérail (Bertrand Cuiller), Le Poème Harmonique (Vincent Dumestre) and Capella Mediterranea (Leonardo García Alarcón). Since 2019, she has coordinated Le Caravansérail’s education program. Myriam also holds a Master’s degree in History and a Bachelor’s degree in Art History, and teaches modern and Baroque violin at the Conservatoire de Fresnes.
